Identifying visiting companies

This site uses Apollo.io’s website tracker to identify which companies visit it. Apollo looks up the organization behind a visitor’s network address and records the pages viewed, so SonTeno can see, for example, that someone from a reactor developer read the research page. We use it at the company level only. We do not use Apollo to identify individual people.

Apollo processes this data under its own privacy policy. Apollo’s script may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as network addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Documents we send you

When SonTeno shares a document with you personally, we may use Papermark, which records when that link is opened and which pages are viewed. Reports downloaded from this site are not tracked that way.

Other services linked from this site

Booking a conversation uses Cal.com, and subscribing to The Offtake uses Substack. Each handles your information under its own policy.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use visitor data for anything other than understanding who is interested in our work and following up on business conversations.

Opting out, or asking what we hold

Email and we’ll tell you what we hold about you or your organization, and delete it on request. You can also block third-party scripts and cookies in your browser.
